This division is led by Lic. Diego Romo de Vivar Chévez, semifinalist in the second edition of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation's Constitutional Human Rights Competition, «El Camino hacia la Suprema Corte» ("The Road to the Supreme Court"), argued around a case on children's rights, the environment, health, and inclusive education. That result earned him an internship at the Court itself.
