BaseDental SaaS
The multi-clinic cloud platform: patient records, scheduling, finances, inventory, and an AI assistant you can talk or type to.
DentalTodo is a dental practice platform born in a real working clinic: patient records compliant with Mexico's official health standard, scheduling, finances and inventory, plus a voice assistant that doesn't just answer questions — it runs the system. Every clinic gets its own subdomain and its own database, fully isolated from everyone else's.
A clinic management system that grew from our own practice into the cloud. When a clinic signs up, the platform provisions — in about 11 seconds — its own isolated 44-table database, its admin user and its own subdomain (yourclinic.dentaltodo.com). Isolation isn't a marketing promise: it's verified with cross-clinic access tests, which the system rejects. On that foundation runs what sets the product apart: a voice AI with 30 tools that books appointments, records payments, dictates progress notes and marks the dental chart tooth by tooth — "occlusal caries on 36" — without ever touching the keyboard.
The multi-clinic cloud platform: patient records, scheduling, finances, inventory, and an AI assistant you can talk or type to.
The teaching-institution mode: 23 dental units, each with a tablet, a voice assistant, and a real-time instructor dashboard.
One agent looks after patients and books their appointments at any hour; another gives your staff 20 administrative tools over chat. Running today in the clinic where the product was born; coming to the SaaS soon.
The patient uploads their tax certificate, the AI extracts their tax ID and regime, and the system drafts the invoice for approval and digital stamping. Live at the original clinic; coming to the cloud soon.
Integrated modules, all running on your clinic's own database.
Daily, weekly and monthly views with conflict detection, reminders 24 hours ahead, and two-way Google Calendar sync every 5 minutes. Appointments can be booked by voice, too.
For front desk and doctors
A 7-section clinical history compliant with NOM-004-SSA3-2012, Mexico's medical-records standard, with a compliance progress bar, automatic risk flagging, attachments up to 50 MB, and PIN-protected deletion.
Regulatory compliance, built in
Patients complete their intake form or full clinical history from their own phone, via link or QR code; links regenerate without limit and send over WhatsApp in one click.
Less data entry at the front desk
32 teeth with 5 surfaces and over 30 clinical conditions, with full history and a periodontal chart. A dedicated agent marks surfaces by dictation: say "tooth 17, occlusal caries" and it appears on screen.
Hands-free during the exam
Quotes with expiration dates, discounts and the teeth involved; once accepted, they become an active treatment with authoritative accounting: the cost always reconciles against what's been paid and what's outstanding.
Clear statuses: paid, partial, pending
Payments with receipts, accounts-receivable reports and automated collections: overdue accounts detected every morning, with personalized AI-written messages. The system's financial audit came back with zero discrepancies.
So you stop chasing balances by hand
Minimum-stock alerts, barcodes and full movement history, plus a linked shopping list that updates inventory the moment goods are received.
Shopping list included as a PDF
A voice button with live two-way audio and 30 tools that operate the database — notes, appointments, payments, reminders — plus a floating text chat, available on every view in the system.
Not an FAQ chatbot: it executes
X-rays, panoramics and CBCT scans inside the patient record, with Window/Level, distance and angle measurement (cephalometry) and regions of interest — no external software.
For imaging diagnostics on the spot
Informed-consent forms with digital signature attached to the patient's record. PDF prescriptions with serial numbers and NOM-013-compliant treatment discharges run today in our university system and are coming to the SaaS soon.
Documents with clinical validity
Automatic backups of each clinic's database separately, with granular per-practice restore; JWT sessions, login attempt limits, and an audit log of every action.
Your data is yours, and yours alone

At a dental school, DentalTodo runs 23 dental units. Each unit has a tablet in kiosk mode where the student works with their patient, and it answers to the wake word "Hey Unidad" — detected with 100% accuracy right in the browser, with no dedicated hardware and no cloud cost for always-on listening — calibrated with 6 voice samples from each student.
Two voice agents hand off to each other on their own in 1 to 1.5 seconds: a general one for patients, notes, appointments and requests, and a dental-chart agent that marks surfaces by dictation. On the other side, the instructor dashboard shows a live map of all 23 units — color-coded by status, a call queue, an urgency alert at the 5-minute mark — and centralizes faculty approval of each student's access to patients.
Usage is measurable, not anecdotal: the units have logged 866 recorded requests, and every new request stores its channel — voice or typed — so voice-control adoption can be proven to the institution with data, not impressions.
A 15-minute call, no strings attached: tell me what you need, and I'll tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would cost. We build for every budget.
